The ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Police Department encourages bicyclists to be cautious as they approach the new trolley rails along Oregon Street that were installed as part of the El ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Streetcar Project. The ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Police Department has the following recommendations:
- Look and Listen
- Slow down as you approach the trolley rail
- Cross the rails at a 90-degree angle
This method will reduce the possibility of jamming your front wheel in the trolley rails.
