🎟️ Guest & Event Parking
Guest Parking is a service provided for community members (non-ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ students, faculty, or staff) who are participating in an official, organized ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ event.
Digital parking permits are issued to the ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ host or event coordinator, who then shares them with invited guests. Requests must always be submitted by a ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½-affiliated host.
📋 How to Submit
Need help filling out the request? Follow our quick step-by-step guide below:
- Requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance of the event date.
- Events submitted within 48 hours of the event may be considered last-minute and cannot be guaranteed.
- Events are reviewed for approval about two weeks before the event date/time. For urgent needs, contact the Parking Office directly. Same-day turnaround may not be possible.
- Student events must also appear as approved on .
Requests that involve street closures will be reviewed for public safety impacts and recommendations.
