ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½

Abha Singh received her Masters in Public Administration degree from New York University, Graduate School of Public Administration in 1988, majoring in International Administration and Public Finance. She received her Bachelors degree with Honors from Bihar University in India.

Her professional work experience includes the positions as a budget analyst in Yonkers, New York and as a financial manager in El ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½, Texas.
Since relocating to El ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½, Texas in 1994, she has been teaching at the El ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Community College and the University of Phoenix before joining the University of Texas at El ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ in Fall 2009.
