ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Children's Choir

CHILDREN’S CHOIR resumes this Spring on Monday, February 9, 2026
>> <<
The ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Children's Choir returned to El ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ in September 2017. This unique program is designed not only to provide quality vocal training and foster a global appreciation of music; but also develop poise, confidence, discipline, and pride in their accomplishments.
From 1999 to 2004, the program provided a positive extracurricular choral music experience for children in the ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ del Norte region and powerful experiential learning opportunities for ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ music education majors. This tradition continues under the direction of Dr. Elisa Fraser Wilson, ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Director of Choral Activities.
The choir welcomes all boys and girls ages 8-10, no audition or previous musical experience required. The choir seeks children who are ready for teamwork, musical instruction, and choral performance.
Rehearsals are held from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. every Monday in the Fox Fine Arts Center at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½. The cost per singer is $50 for individuals, $40 for additional siblings per semester.
