Dr. Lizely Madrigal-Gonzalez is a highly qualified and experienced program evaluation specialist with expertise in research design, both qualitative and quantitative methods, education research, policy analysis, student information systems, and data-driven decision-making. She holds a Master's degree in Sociology from San Diego State University, a Master's in Public Administration from New Mexico State University, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership with a specialization in Policy, Evaluation, and Technology from the University of Texas at El ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½. In her current role as the Performance Strategic Manager for the County of El ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½, Texas she holds a Lean Sigma Black Belt certification and has extensive experience in performance management, strategic planning, and process improvement. Additionally, she is a lecturer for the Masters in Public Administration program at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½, teaching graduate courses in program evaluation and policy analysis. Her professional experience includes various program evaluation positions for organizations such as the Ysleta Independent School District, the El ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and the El ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Empowerment Zone Corporation, and she has also served as an external program evaluator for the Workforce Solutions Borderplex and Lone Star Community College.
