Andrea Carrillo currently serves as the Village of Vinton Village Administrator. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Management from the University of Texas at El ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½(ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½) in 2012. In 2017, she completed a Masters of Public Administration with a concentration in Public Policy Management, also from ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½. Andrea began to work with the Village of Vinton in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant and was promoted Deputy Village Clerk in 2016, and latter in 2018 appointed Village Administrator.
