Luis Arias
Assistant Professor of Practice
Luis A. Arias is a Lecturer in the Department of Criminal Justice at the University of Texas at El ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ (ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½). He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, San Diego, California, in 1981 and his baccalaureate degree (BA) from ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½. His professional work experience includes Department of Justice-Federal Bureau of Investigation, El ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Community Supervision and Corrections Department, law clerk, and (part-time) adjunct faculty at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ and El ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Community College.
