Jakob Reynolds is an online Adjunct Instructor in the Department of Criminal Justice at the University of Texas at El ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ (ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½). Prior to earning his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Texas Tech University School of Law in 2021, Jakob earned his Master of Music and Bachelor of Arts in Music from Texas Tech. Jakob is a practicing attorney serving as an Assistant County Attorney with the El ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ County Attorney's Office and previously served as a prosecutor with the 34th Judicial District Attorney's Office. In addition, Jakob is a published legal scholar in international biosecurity and biodefense law and the law of armed conflict.
