Dr. Chris Guerra is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Criminal Justice and Security Studies at The University of Texas at El ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½. His Research explores Latinos, immigrants, and their adverse experiences with crime and the criminal justice system. His work leverages criminological and interdisciplinary incorporations of theory and advanced research statistical methodologies - in particular, individual-level approaches. His recent work has appeared in journals such as Ethnic and Racial Studies, Prevention Science, and International Criminal Justice Review.
