Erin M Portillo is a senior undergraduate student at the University of Texas at El ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Biology. Generally, her research interest is in health care biases concerning minority groups. Currently she is working on her senior honors thesis in collaboration with Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center examining health care provider biases towards patients with alcohol use history. After her time at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ she hopes to continue her education in a graduate program, pursuing a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology.
