HCM Academy Students Complete Spring 2026 ADP Mentorship Program
The Big Picture
Students in the Human Capital Management Academy at Hunt Business completed the Spring 2026 ADP Mentorship Program, a six-week professional development experience connecting students with industry mentors.
The program paired students with ADP professionals for one-on-one mentorship, career conversations and industry guidance.
The experience concluded on May 8 with a visit to the ADP One Center, where students met with mentors in person and learned more about careers in human capital management.
Why It Matters
Mentorship is a core part of the HCM Academy experience.
Through the ADP partnership, students gain direct access to professionals working in the field — helping them connect classroom learning to workforce strategy, talent development and real career pathways.
What Happened
Over six weeks, students met regularly with ADP mentors to discuss professional development, career planning and industry trends.
The program concluded with a corporate site visit to the ADP One Center, where students had the opportunity to:
- Tour the facility and learn about daily operations
• Connect with ADP mentors and professionals in person
• Meet Hunt Business alumni working at ADP
The visit gave students a closer look at how a major HCM organization supports employers, employees, and workforce systems.
