Why it matters: The ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ MBA program starts the Spring 2025 semester with its largest-ever combined enrollment across its Online, Professional, and Executive MBA programs. The milestone reflects the program’s adaptability, diversity, and increasing appeal to professionals on both sides of the U.S.-Mexico border.

The Big Picture: This semester, three unique MBA formats welcomed new cohorts, bringing together 233 total students, each tailored to distinct professional goals: 

• Online MBA: Designed for national and international professionals with dynamic schedules and frequent travel demands.  
• Professional MBA: Geared towards early-to-mid-career professionals seeking to advance in leadership roles.  
• Executive MBA: Tailored for senior leaders, including business owners and vice presidents, aiming to enhance strategic vision and holistic decision-making.

A Closer Look:  

• Spectrum of Industries: The new MBA cohorts feature students from industries like healthcare, technology, finance, and engineering. 

o  Military veterans represent a growing segment, leveraging the MBA to transition into civilian careers like management consulting and entrepreneurship.  

• Expanded Access: The ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Online MBA program launched in Fall 2023, offering flexibility with fall and spring admissions. This addition has expanded the program's reach to students across the U.S. and internationally. 

• Streamlined Curriculum: Across all formats, the MBA programs now focus on delivering in-demand business skills in a shorter timeframe. 
• Increased Flexibility: More program entry points and the Online MBA's accessibility have made the program more appealing to applicants at all stages of their professional careers.
